FITA Timing Lights
The
FITA timing lights, owned jointly by Surrey and Middlesex County Archery Associations, are available for hire to GNAS registered
archery clubs or associations. There are 4 lights in total. Set A consists of Unit 1 and Unit 2 with two tripods and 1 remote
control. Set B consists of Unit 3 and Unit 4. It is possible to hire SET A and SET B separately or both sets together. The
equipment, hire arrangements and payment are managed by Surrey on behalf of both Associations.
- Diary Check - when are they free? Set A and Set B can be booked separately. Bookings are normally
from Thursday through to Tuesday although only the date of the event may be shown on the diary. This diary shows which events
the units have been booked for, free dates at weekends are shown as blanks. Contact Andrew Trimble to confirm the date is
still free.

- Hire cost Hire costs are £100 per set and £200
for both sets (4 lights) per weekend. Deposit for hire outside Middlesex and Surrey is £700. Middlesex and Surrey clubs
get a 50% discount on the hire fee and are not required to pay the deposit. Some or all of the deposit may be retained if
the equipment is damaged or lost during the hire. See the hire agreement for more details.

- Booking and payment Payment and booking is made through Paypal as shown below. If you have
a PayPal account you have to use that, if you don't have a PayPal account you can use a Debit Card instead. Payment of
the deposit (and the hire fee if prefered) has to be made by Bacs Direct Credit, eg an electronic transfer of money from your
