The 57th Outdoor Target County Championship will be part of the Sunday event only

Refunds only given at organiser’s discretion. £3 discount for archers who shoot one day and help the other.

TARGETS:
We are shooting on straw bosses in 2010. A planned upgrade to Eros foam bosses will not now take place this year.
BEHAVIOUR:
Please note that smoking is not permitted on the shooting line or in the area of the tents/chairs. Taking
alcohol during the competition is not permitted under FITA anti-doping rule P1
DRUG
TESTING This World Record Status Shoot
will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply; if they refuse, that refusal will
be treated as a positive result. Written parental consent must be provided for Juniors.

FITA. Rules of Shooting will apply;
including observation of FITA Dress Regulations. (Green / White / registered club colours only.) Please be prepared to show
GNAS cards. Only members of GNAS or FITA are permitted to shoot at this tournament. GNAS
members must supply their GNAS number.
Rules applied
for this FITA round
· Sound-controlled timing with lights and count down timing, pairs of timers for
both senior lanes and jnr lanes · Four archers per target, two per detail, shooting in alternate details ·
Practice round of about 45 minutes prior to the start
of the competition · At the two longest distances archers will shoot 6 arrows an end in 240 seconds (4 minutes) at a 122cm face ·
At the two shorter distances archers will shoot 3 arrows
an end in 120 seconds (2 minutes) at an 80cm face · At the final distance we will shoot a normal 80cm face, we will NOT be shooting
4 individual faces · Arrow holes must be marked, FITA pass through/bouncer
rules will apply .· Under 18’s wishing to claim FITA stars have to shoot the correct FITA cadet or FITA junior distance
Please note changes for 20101: Waiting time
prior to shooting is reduced from 20 seconds to 10 seconds 2: No open shoes (such as Crocs, sandals
or flip-flops) 3: FITA junior and cadet age groups have changed. (see Rounds) 4: GNAS / Archery GB age groups for Girls under 14 has changed. (see Rounds) 5; We have changed ground since last year, we are going back to Kingston University 6: The County Championship is on the Sunday.
